Aubrey Meyers
Senior Vice President & Deputy General Counsel at Caliber Home Loans
Aubrey advises Caliber Home Loans on general corporate transactions including finance, acquisitions and other commercial contract negotiations. She supervises a team of nine attorneys and staff. Prior to joining Caliber, Aubrey was an associate at Patton Boggs LLP and Holland & Knight LLP. She received her law degree from the University of Illinois and her BS/MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas.
Aubrey serves as the board Chair for the Human Rights Initiative of North Texas, a local nonprofit that provides free legal and social services to immigrants and asylum seekers in the DFW area who are survivors of human rights abuses. She also serves on the governance committee and development committee for HRI. Prior to joining HRI’s board, Aubrey took four pro bono asylum cases for HRI and obtained a successful outcome for each client. She was given three awards in recognition of her pro bono efforts in these cases. In addition, in 2014, the University of Texas at Dallas presented Aubrey with the Alumni Achievement Award.
