Heather Randall

Ms. Randall provides legal and business consulting to entities including private equity groups, investment funds, REITs, lenders, capital groups, and non-profits. Prior to forming her own consulting practice, Ms. Randall worked for Trinity Industries, Inc. from 2005 to 2016 where she served as Vice President, Legal Affairs. Prior to Trinity, Ms. Randall was an Associate at the law firm of Haynes and Boone, LLP. Ms. Randall is very active with philanthropic organizations in Dallas. In 2016 and 2017, she served as Chair of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s St. Valentine’s Day Fashion Show and Luncheon, as well as a Co-Chair of The Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas’s Women of Distinction Luncheon and the Ronald McDonald House’s Under the Moonlight Ball. Ms. Randall is a 2016 new member of the Cattle Baron’s Ball, and serves on numerous Non-Profit Boards, including the boards of the Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas and Dallas Children’s Theater. In 2016, she was honored by the Association of Corporate Counsel and D CEO as a Corporate Counsel Finalist for Outstanding Deputy or Associate General Counsel Midsize Legal Department. Ms. Randall has two children, Asher (9) and Leighton (7), who attend the Episcopal School of Dallas.
