Jacqueline Tate-Mathis

Jacquie began her legal career as a real estate attorney with AutoZone, Inc. in Memphis, Tennessee. During the course of her career, she served as real estate counsel at Fortune 500 companies’ McDonald’s in Oak Brook, Illinois and BP in Naperville, Illinois. At BP, she served as lead counsel for the divestment of BP’s retail stores through the bid sale process. Jacquie transitioned into commercial law when she joined Susser Petroleum Company LLC in 2010 as Counsel in its Houston office. She was promoted to Senior Counsel in 2014 and Chief Counsel in 2016. She currently manages dealer contract production and administration, oversees insurance compliance and acts as legal advisor to various business units and subsidiaries within the Sunoco LP family. Jacquie is a graduate of the University of Memphis (BBA in Accounting; JD) and is licensed in Tennessee and Texas.
