Kimberly C. Davis has served as Vice President of Legal and Compliance for Hallmark Financial Services, Inc. since July 2016. Prior to joining Hallmark, Ms. Davis was Assistant Vice President, Corporate Counsel and Assistant Secretary for the Republic Group. Before joining the Republic Group, Ms. Davis served in various executive positions, including General Counsel for The Brandt Companies and Clayco, Inc. Ms. Davis has over 16 years of experience in advising corporations regarding complex legal matters and has a broad range of technical expertise as a result of serving as legal counsel in the Insurance, Construction, Oil & Gas, and Retail industries.
