Robbie Partida-Kipness

Since 1995, while working as a law clerk during her first year of law school, Robbie Partida-Kipness has been representing individuals in personal injury and medical malpractice cases. Robbie earned her law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 1998. She began her legal career representing plaintiffs in medical malpractice cases at the law firm of Morgan & Weisbrod in Dallas, Texas. The majority of her cases involved birth injuries which resulted in large settlements for her clients.
In 2000, Robbie joined the law firm of Silber Pearlman in Dallas, Texas to represent people who had been harmed by exposure to asbestos. During her time at Silber Pearlman, Robbie was a litigation manager for thousands of multimillion dollar products and premises liability cases throughout the State of Texas. She has extensive experience in highstakes settlement negotiations and mediations. Robbie Partida-Kipness is known by her colleagues as an aggressive advocate for her clients. Representing individuals who have been wronged is her passion and has been for over a decade.
Prior to attending law school, Robbie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Texas-Austin and San Antonio. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas and is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Dallas Bar Association, Dallas Trial Lawyers Association and the Dallas Hispanic Bar Association. Robbie was born and raised in New Braunfels, Texas and is married to her law school classmate and law partner Jason Kipness. Outside of practicing law, she plays golf and is an avid sports enthusiast particularly when it comes to Texas Longhorn football, the Dallas Cowboys and the Boston Red Sox.
