Kimberly Davis is currently Senior Counsel for McAfee where she is responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements, including software licensing, support services, professional services, cloud computing, and other complex technology transactions. Prior to joining McAfee, Ms. Davis served on the Executive Committee for Hallmark Financial Services, Inc. as Vice-President, Legal and Compliance. Ms. Davis has more than 15 years of experience in advising corporations about complex legal and transactional matters and has a broad range of technical expertise as a result of serving as legal counsel in the Oil & Gas, Construction, Insurance, and Retail industries. Prior to joining Hallmark, Ms. Davis served in various executive positions including General Counsel for the The Brandt Companies and Clayco, Inc.
