Kimberly King Webb

Kimberly King Webb is Vice President, Deputy General Counsel at CHRISTUS Health – a Catholic, not-for-profit health system headquartered in Irving, Texas, and made up of more than 600 centers, including long-term care facilities, community hospitals, walk-in clinics and health ministries.
Kimberly works to advance CHRISTUS’s mission – to extend the healing ministry of Jesus Christ – by providing advice and counsel on a broad range of issues. She oversees CHRISTUS’s labor and employment matters for CHRISTUS’s 30,000 plus employees and handles non-discrimination issues regarding patient care. Kimberly also manages CHRISTUS’s employment and commercial litigation, provides legal support for CHRISTUS’s advocacy efforts, and regularly facilitates employee trainings. In addition, Kimberly manages a sophisticated, multidisciplinary team of attorneys and paralegals with diverse expertise in the many issues that face modern healthcare. Kimberly also enjoys serving on the CHRISTUS Health Foundation and CHRISTUS Diversity Council, and enjoys mentoring employees through the CHRISTUS Mentoring Program.
Kimberly earned a B.S. in Agricultural Business at Florida A&M University. She earned her J.D. at Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where she served on the SMU Law Review. Before joining CHRISTUS, Kimberly was an attorney at the international law firm of Norton Rose Fulbright LLP. She is licensed to practice law in Texas, Missouri, and Kansas.
Kimberly enjoys community service. She serves on the Dallas Women Lawyers Association board and the Dallas Summer Musicals board. She is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Kimberly attends Concord Church in Dallas, Texas.
