Mansi Desai is a partner in the Dallas office of Dentons US LLP (Dentons). Mansi’s practice involves all aspects of loan and securities financing (through securitizations, repurchase facilities and secured credit facilities) supported by residential and commercial mortgage loans, as well as mortgage servicing rights. She represents issuers and underwriters/initial purchasers in asset-backed securities offerings, including single-family rental securitizations, mortgage servicing rights securitizations and residential and commercial mortgage loan securitizations. In addition, Mansi also has experience representing US companies on periodic reporting and other disclosure obligations under the US securities laws.
