Michelle Morgan is Vice President, Assistant General Counsel at The Neiman Marcus Group LLC. Michelle provides advice and counsel on labor and employment issues and manages the Company’s general litigation and labor and employment arbitration and litigation matters.

Prior to working for Neiman Marcus, Michelle was a labor and employment attorney for Southwest Airlines Co., an associate attorney at Jones Day, and in-house labor and employment counsel at TXU in Dallas, Texas. Michelle received her J.D. from Harvard Law School, cum laude, her M.A. in History from Brown University, and her B.A., with distinction, from Stanford University.
