In her litigation practice, Alison handles breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, fraudulent transfer, unfair competition, misappropriation of trade secrets, and other business claims.

Alison’s practical approach to dispute resolution is tailored to the needs of her clients and covers a variety of industries including real estate, construction, insurance, energy, and technology. Known for her presence and preparedness in the courtroom, she has broad experience representing clients in both state and federal court, bankruptcy court, arbitrations, administrative bodies, and representing employers before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. A persuasive advocate, Alison has represented clients in appellate matters before the Fifth Circuit and the Texas Fifth District Court of Appeals.
